01. Why should I choose finessence?

finessence stands for detail-loving, fresh design with a modern touch and for worthwhile investments & coherent results that are the result of a lot of passion and know-how.

I’ll guide you through every step of our design journey so you don’t feel overwhelmed. At the end of the project, you’ll receive supporting documents so you can easily utilise your new brand.

Besides, design (even bad design) is time consuming, thanks to finessence you can get back to the things you love to do and are important to you.

02. How can finessence support me

Brand Design – lays the foundation, together we gain clarity about who you want to address with your logo + branding and develop a suitable corporate identity.

Brand guidelines – Your own personal design guidelines so that you always know when and how to use which branding elements.

Marketing material – Makes an impression so that your customers recognise your value and reliability offline, e.g. newsletter, flyer, workbook, business cards, etc.

Copywriting – Speak in plain language so that the right customers feel addressed and an exchange can take place.

Customised website – Your digital business card so that visitors can quickly and easily understand what they can get from you.

Social media styling – A well thought-out appearance to make potential customers aware of your business on social media.

Branded portraits – Show who you are. A picture is worth a thousand words. Customised company portraits and product images make your business approachable and make a big difference to your public image. finessence develops an image concept to match your branding before the shoot

03. How long will the project take?

You can find a rough estimate of the duration in the description of the packages. I add a few days to three weeks for each additional material, depending on the scope. However, the length of time also depends heavily on you and how quickly you give me your input and feedback.

04. When can we start?

After we have had our meet-up, I will send you your personalised offer. As soon as you have confirmed this, I will prepare the contract. Once everything has been signed and the (down) payment has been made, our design trip begins.

05. What final files will I receive?

At the end of the project, you will receive a link to a shared folder with an offboarding guide and all your final files. These are usually JPEG, PNG and EPS for the logo.

Ideally you will book a package with brand guidelines which will help you to keep your brand consistent. It contains „rules“ for your branding as well as information on file types and their use.

If your package also includes marketing material, you will also find the finished print data as a pdf or, if you wish, the open InDesin files in your folder.

For websites, you will also receive personalised video instructions via a link.

06. How much influence do I have on the designs?

It’s your brand, and you understand it better than anyone else. So of course your input and feedback is very important. But as a designer, it’s also my job to keep the focus on your brand goals and vision at every stage of the design process. This ensures that everything is going in the right direction and that your brand will not only be attractive to you but also to your target customers.
